An exhibition by Bruno Booth

Trying to be SocialIs on-line popularity as valuable as real world recognition? Do the things we post about, blog about or tweet about matter in the grand scheme of things?

Are we all just shouting into the void, straining to be heard against a backdrop of others trying to do exactly the same? This body of work holds no answers to the above questions, that would be presumptuous. Instead it offers itself up as a simple distraction, something unashamedly fun in troubled times.

This exhibition is sponsored by Gallery Central and The City of Perth's Winter Arts Season.
Gallery Central12 Aberdeen St, Northbridge
Opening Thursday 6th July, 6pm
On view 3rd–22nd July // Weekdays 10–4:45, Saturday 12–4
