Payment Methods
For instore purchases we accept, cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Butcher Shop Gift Vouchers and OnWilliam Gift Cards.
We also accept purchase orders from Local Councils and Schools.
Returns and Exchanges
Art Materials, Books, Magazines, CD's DVD's and Sale items can not be returned or exchanged. In addition to your statutory rights other items can be returned within 14 days for a store credit if returned in their original condition and packaging and with proof of purchase. Any product can be returned for a exchange and refund where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to.
Stock Levels
The stock on our webstore does not necessarily reflect that in each retail store. Please feel free to email or call if you would like to confirm stock availability.
Restricted Products
If you purchase restricted products you must show valid photo ID. We accept:
- Passport
- Australian Drivers License
- Australian Proof of Age Card
ID's must not be out of date.
