For many decades there have been individuals and groups taking their message, and creativity, to the city streets, to be seen, influcend, criticized, and then re-painted by the public domain. While the message, medium, and tactics vary from person to person, all are creating with persistent passion, and ill-regard to laws and art conformities. Yet just like all art forms, the art on the streets has begun to evolve.
