Although the history of punk rock, hip hop, skateboarding and graffiti came from America, these artists -- Usugrow, Mozyskey, Toshikazu Nozaka, Bene, and Jun Kaneko -- born and raised in Japan, got inspired by creative imported culture.

Although their art is often grouped with "street art," there is a nature extracted from each influence and a natural style that they've looked back at deeply from everyday life in Japan.
